Job Summary

Develops a strategic directional course that aligns with and supports the overall workforce and the HR strategic plan. Develops and oversees a strategy that will enable HR to optimize its business operations, workforce planning, and HRIS technology solutions through data so that the agency continues to drive efficiency, effectiveness and data-driven decision-making. Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree - Business, analytics, math or related field.

Minimum Experience

10 years - Workforce planning & analytics; minimum 5 years in leadership role.

Other Required Experience

Master's degree - preferred.

 

Experience with Workday implementation - preferred.

 

Solid understanding of Data Visualization and data storytelling techniques. Knowledge of HR processes and HR technology applications. Professional experience in HR or supporting HR analytics - required.
