Job Summary

Responsible for the planning, strategy, organization and direction of Prisma Health Home Health and Hospice, to include but not limited to, patient care and billing services, customer satisfaction, quality/performance improvement and financial results.  Collaborates with other nursing directors, non-nursing professionals, and medical staff leadership to develop and maintain home care and hospice inpatient programs that are responsive to patient needs and are strategically integrated with the mission, goals and objectives of Prisma Health.  Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal and JCAHO regulatory agencies.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..

Minimum Education

Master's degree in Nursing (preferred), Business, Health Administration, or other related field

Minimum Experience

5 years of home health and/or hospice management experience, preferrably with multi-site or regional experience.
