Job Summary

Designs, develops, analyzes and maintains HRIS to achieve business objectives.  Participates in new implementation efforts, ensuring existing system integrity.  Resolves system processing issues and identifies process enhancements required to improve operational efficiencies.  Implements solutions to leverage technology and integrate new functionality.  Responsible for developing and maintaining human resources related reports and responding to a variety of data requests from across the organization.  Ensures the HRIS supports the business’ needs in providing information, tools and resources to customers.  Familiar with a variety of human resources concepts, practices, and procedures.  Provides support for the strategic initiatives of the organization.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or closely related field

Minimum Experience

3 years - HRIS, compensation, benefits preferably in a healthcare setting.  Preferably at least one of the three years working in an HRIS-related role that includes work in connection with maintaining HR systems.

Other Required Experience

Familiarity with report writing tools and experience extracting data and creating reports - Required

Application of federal and state wage and hour statutes related to HRIS functions - Preferred
Experience participating in projects including system integration, data reporting/analysis and system upgrades/implementations - Preferred
