Job Summary

The Manager, Behavioral Health Program, is responsible for providing administrative leadership and behavioral health strategies within the Care Transformation team at Prisma Health in order to improve the access, quality, and cost effectiveness of care for patients with behavioral health needs in the primary care setting.  This position ensures the effective implementation of policies and procedures for Prisma Health in compliance with regulatory requirements, oversight of the operations, and establishment of client relationships for continued expansion of the identified integrated care model.  Collaborates in program development, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes of integrated care in the primary care settings with appropriate leadership.  Interacts with Psychiatry leadership, primary care physicians, and other interdepartmental staff to collaborate in the development of and manage the implementation of behavioral health programs for the populations that are served.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree - Human Services

Minimum Experience

5 years of experience in management and behavioral health services

Experience with current behavioral health integrated models - Preferred
