Job Summary

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Manager of Human Resources Shared Services plays an integral part in the success of our HR service delivery model. This position is responsible for ensuring high quality and high touch service is delivered to team members at their first point of contact with Workforce Advisors (Tier 1). The position is responsible for partnering with the Director, Team Member Experience & Shard Services and Centers of Expertise to develop, implement and continuously improve operational standards and processes that directly contribute to optimal results, effectiveness, and efficiencies of the HR Service Center. The position maintains a fun yet efficient work environment.  

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Minimum Education

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Bachelors Degree - Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or similar

Minimum Experience

6 years - Contact Center management
