Job Summary

Responsible for supporting internal labor productivity systems and/or external benchmarking databases, database updates and maintenance, auditing and comparison to source data for validation, and resolution of software issues. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing multi-source labor and performance data to identify variance and trend data for problem analysis.   Establishes and provides oversight and training for database and software utilization to ensure optimum performance.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree - Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Finance or related technical discipline.      

Minimum Experience

3 years - Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Finance or related technical discipline.

Other Required Experience
