<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">With direction from the Medical Director of the Bradshaw Institute for Community Child Health & Advocacy, the Research Assistant  will be responsible for the implementation, management and oversight of grants and research projects. Engages in and supports project development, grant writing, and the funding application process. Assists in determining sources of data and methods used in the collection of statistical or program information. Collects and compiles numerical and other research data. Designs forms and establishes methods of data collection for less complex studies and surveys. Performs routine analysis of data and prepares appropriate reports. Prepares maps, charts, graphs and other visual presentations; prepares narrative reports. Develops record-keeping procedures. Coordinates activities with team members and program managers. Supports team members in the preparation of reports and visual presentations. Analyzes and interprets information.  Registers, compiles, submits and oversees research data, monitors study compliance, and maintains a system for effective data flow.  Responsible for monitoring and communicating study progress with the investigators, applicable regulatory agencies, and study staff.
