Job Summary

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating and hiring job candidates; advising managers; managing relocation's & incentive programs; and collaborating with hiring managers to develop job specifications.  May be involved in system-wide strategic initiatives to support recruiting/retention initiatives within GHS.  Recruiting is primarily for management, professional, and allied health positions. 

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree - BA/BS

Minimum Experience

2 years in human resources/recruiting or related experience.
