Job Summary

The Senior Workforce Consultant is responsible for establishing and developing trusted relationships with local leadership, HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise. Leads the day-to-day administration of operations function for assigned multi-facility locations to include consultation on HR issues for team members and leadership.  This individual serves as the subject matter expert responsible for shared services. Utilizes multiple electronic systems to provide required documentation.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or similar preferred.

Minimum Experience

1 year experience required, 5 years HR experience preferred

Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)

Applicable certification preferred, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or other industry-specific certification) - preferred    

In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements

In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of HR, service center, call center or customer facing experience will be considered.     

Other Required Experience

Experience in a shared services model supporting a large employer - Preferred
