Job Summary

Maintains days outstanding at or below established GHS standards.  Performs duties of billing, collection, customer service, and/or support service in a timely accurate manner.  Maintains public relations with patients and third party payors in accordance with GHS Service Excellence.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience

2 years - billing, collections and/or customer service

Other Required Experience
